This is a variation of Apartment 5, where an additional balcony and bedroom is available. This is apartment for up to 7 people, comprising of 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies. It has bathroom with shower, as well as air-conditioning. The smaller of the balconies is east facing with water views as well as views of Mt. Biokovo. The second and larger balcony is west facing with spectacular views of the sea as well as neighbouring islands of Brac and Hvar.

West side bedroom has queen sized bed and single bed. Middle bedroom with small balcony has queen sized bed, and last bedroom has east side facing window and futon that stretches to queen sized bed.

The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from centre of town of Makarska. One of best beaches is less than 50m away, as well as marina is near by. Grocery shop and restaurants are less than 2 minutes walk away. Internet cafe is also near by.

Small dalmatian courtyard with wood barbecue facilities is also available.
